Not at my doorstep....but it IS at the Post Office, only thing is: BF is gold prospecting with his vehicle (until Friday) and my son has use of my truck! Now...if son is wonderful, he'll pick up the mail (since his comes to my PO Box also) when he comes back from town, and drops it off. Otherwise, I may have to wait til tomorrow
Seriously, I'm not into a 6 mile round trip walk to the PO just to get my kayfun!!!!! A pack of smokes USED to be worth that many, MANY years ago. <is that nutz or what? And not any real chance of hitching a ride, eh, dirt road, out in the boonies, not going to happen.
But it is in the general vicinity! LOL!

The answer to your dilemma is in your profile picture! Saddle up one of them there horse and ride it, majestically, into town.
If only! No place to tie them, all the hitching posts or anything halfway suitable are no longer there, Paulden is just a zip code, it consists of 2 gas station/mini marts, a fire station, and the Post office, and they're all on either side of a highway with a 55 mph speed limit, LOL! I used to ride down there with my son in tow, and he'd hold the horses when I went inside. Usually he'd be all wrapped up in the reins by the time I got out, he was between 8 and 13 at that time. The 2 mares we'd take down there would have this silly look on their faces like "hey, we did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong, he wanted to be tied up and we obliged". So many Kodak moments......and no camera!
