If you don't like overly pungent juice than you are going to love AIV! They have the cleanest tasting juices around. Somewhat subtle yet complex. Nothing overbearing just spot on well crafted juice. A good example is the afternoon tea. It's not bursting with flavor but if you take it in, its spot on black tea with some cream, quite impressive. Do yourself a favor and get "a little bit of everything", you won't be disappointed.
what they don't have yet....... many tobacco's....... only one Pearship. Pear flavored tobacco, but they are working on more.
coffee.... some of the guys have been hitting em up, so probably soon.
I ordered the pear ship today! Can't wait to try it. I vape mostly tobaccos but I have been really enjoying some AIV samples that someone sent me. Placed a big order a few days ago. I'm glad to hear that they are working in some tobaccos because I would love to see their take on it. I'd really like to see them do some naturally extracted tobacco flavors! I think they would be top notch!!
actually , I believe that has been the holdup. THey want only naturally extracted tobacco flavors, at least that is what I understood Nicole to say. She says all their flavors take time because they will not release them until they are perfect, but the tobacco ones will take the longest to perfect and they just have to be perfect. The pearship tasted strongly of pear to me, but it is my understanding that you can make adjustments to any of the flavors as they all have the flavor boxes where they ask you how you want it.
Except for the secret, little red door. That is in the lab and if you click on it, you get a chance to sample the flavors (some of them) that they are working on.... and those are excellent, in my opinion. They kept Zombi Apocalypse in there waaaay too long. LOL
Awesome Morri! That is definitely something to look forward to! I really hope they release some NET's. I'm excited to try the pear ship! Just ordered it today. Did you find it gets better with steeping, does the pear flavor meld into the rest or stay dominant? Have you tried any others behind the red door lately??
Just wanted to drop by and say that I really like the Cherry Blossom Tea. I had 2 vapemails today, an order from AIV and one from Vapedudes and I just just chose 6 juices and filled up my 6 Kanger T3's with it. One of them I had to come back to, to find out what I had filled in that particular clearo, and I realized it was the Cherry Blossom Tea. It is a really light, delicate, "fluffy" vape, decadent and subtle. I notice the tea the most, but there is that fresh, floral taste and a hint of cherry. I normally HATE cherry with a passion, not actual cherry fruits (love those) but artificial cherry anything just disgusts me, but I decided to give this one a try because I loved all the other tea flavors from AIV and this one definitely does not disappoint. I dare say I like A Quiet Morning a little bit more (if I HAD to choose one or the other), but it is a very very close second and at the moment, I am thinking I like this one more. Not sure yet, but I guess I could say I love them both equally! Great stuff! I still haven't tried the White Rabbit and Twas Brillig yet!
I also got a free sample of Cheshire Catnip to sample (per request, and thank you very much for sending one my way), and I haven't tried it yet, but I gave it a whiff and WHOA!!
It's not what I expect at all!! I'm not sure what it is but it smells like basil and mint and kind of medicinal/herbal. It doesn't smell bad, but it is definitely different. It's kind of intriguing actually, I will have to clean out an atty to try this one.
One thing though, I'm feeling slightly frustrated with my equipment, seems like some of my T3's have a more muted taste than others. I've been playing around with the wicks (not completely sure what I'm doing, just fluffing them and pulling them out a little), but hasn't seem to make much of a difference. Anyone use these T3's?
I have tried all of them. I review for AIV and other vendors also, but since I am hanging around here a lot. I sample most everything. LOL
now Yuttynutt does video reviews and they are awesome. check the thread for links to those. He does for other vendors as well.
The pear is nice but I could not get a good hold of the tobacco. This was right out of the mail and I gave the bottle to my son-in-law. He loved it and he likes tobacco vapes whereas I can vape them, but they usually are not my favorites. I really need to find my old reviews and update that thing and bring it forward for you. LOL
Most of their things don't need steeping. I should say none of them do. But some are just way better after a few days. I would imagine that pearship is one of those. Most tobaccos follow that rule. I will leave it to some of the others to give you better advice on that one. My all time favorite is of course the one that I won the contest with. The White Rabbit. Actually, I tied the win with my friend Lettucehead, and hers was Twas Brillig. I like White Rabbit after 5 or 6 days. It is near perfection for me. I have two other faves at the moment and they change, lol. They are Frost Blossom, which is a wonderful, mouth watering (not kidding here) mandarin orange with a slight menthol kiss. Awesome vape, but it also needs 6 days or so for me. The other is their newest one, Zombi and it also needs 5 or 6 days for perfection. You will find them better than most out of the mailbox. If you can just hold out for a few days, you will be blown away. That's a fact.
Morri
Actually, I used cartos in the past, for some reason, I can never really get them to work the way I want or expect them to work. I recently bought a Texas Tuff Tank which uses punched cartos, I filled it up, and I dunno, just not super impressed. I'm either not filling them correctly or maybe my taste buds are just messed up. I'm not sure if its me or my equipment. I've been using these 3 Betterlife atomizer's for like 7 months now (should probably replace them), they are probably performing worse but I can't really tell since I've been using them so long and they haven't burned out or stopped working so I don't see why I ought to throw them out. I like the T3's for their ease of filling and cleaning and not having to buy cartos to replace, but I will definitely switch to something better if it will work for me.
primary... coconut
almond
cake
cream
sweetener
and a little little little bit of pineapple.
and having said that.......... Kindelle swears it is her grandmother's Christmas bon bons. Chocolate covered coconut filling with pecans and no amount of talk will dissuade her. I totally taste white chocolate and many many times, I taste some kind of liquor...not sure what. but, I love it.
where White Rabbit actually came from......
when my sister and I were little girls, we would stand in chairs at the counter and watch Mom (suzz grandmother) make this wonderful cake that she was well known for. Coconut sprinkled white cake. We loved to watch her. She would nearly always make two. One for whoever she was making it for and one for us. After she had finished with the MAIN cake and put it into the cake keeper for transport.....she would get ours out and look at it.
I can still remember the way she looked with her apron on and the way she loved to play with us. "What do you girls think? It's missing something, right?" And we would squeel and jump up and down and scream ....pineapple pineapple pineapple. She would open a huge can of pineapple and pour the juice into a tiny little pan and somehow make a syrup or sauce with it. She would remove the rings and give them to us. We made a huge production of placing the coconut rings onto the cake, ever so carefully... and then when the syrup was cooled, she would let us totally RUIN her beautiful fluffy coconut cake by drizzling this awful looking stuff all over it. WE would each have a case knife where we could stab the cake and make holes in it....to pour the sauce into.
It was a huge ugly mess and the most wonderful tasting magic I have ever known.
White Rabbit
It seems to bring forth images much like these but out of the individual person's past experience. hence...... it really IS magic.
Hello Vapeland.
Just checking in. Will catch up on all the pages I have missed later.
Baby Malia is doing great. Grandma not so much. She had her surgery on Friday morning and we have had to make the "come say your goodbyes" call every morning since then. But bless her heart, she is still hanging in there.
My #2 son surprised me with a phone upgrade that arrived today. I have had the same phone (which I hate) since I started with Sprint almost 2 years ago. I was due for an upgrade but putting it off until I could get what I want instead of simply replacing a phone I hate with another phone I hate. My new phone arrived today and hopefully will make it easier for me to keep up with my friends while I am at the hospital, etc. I went from a Sanyo Zio to a Samsung Galaxy SIII....so needless to say I am quite the happy girl today....but my money for my AIV juice order was spent on eating for the 3 days I was at the hospital around the clock....so no juice for meMaybe during the next sale
Miss you and love you all!
