The bottle of Berry Lil' Cheesecake that I just ordered is my first--I've heard such good things about it, and I LOVE Twas Brillig so much, I imagine that I'll like this "bakery flavor" form AiV as well.

The three other flavors I ordered are ones I'm VERY familiar with, and have been vaping the bejeezus out of--especially Brillig...

HELP! Why would an RBA that was working fine last night suddenly read 9.9 ohms and won't fire?

Something is funked up with you RBA causing your vamo to freak out. Could be a post problem or a coil problem. Lets try the post problem first. Try unscrewing your RBA 1/4-1/2 turn. Does it fire?

Ok, pulled wick up so it isn't touching bottom at all, trimmed top of wick so it won't touch the top cap and made sure it's pulled away from positive post, also moved wires around and annealed the mesh wick thing. :D

Fires now, coils turn red. Red coils = good or omfg bad?

Good! Just make sure to get that coil nice and wet before you take a drag on it.

No matter what we do, only the top coil turns bright red. I've been told that's a hot spot. We did drip right onto the mesh/coils. Maybe it's just too late after a work weekend :)

Ohh, you're using a genesis style? Monkey and Giant are more familiar with those than I am. But I believe if you nudge and play with the coils with something like a nail, it may help to alleviate the hotspot.

Yes, it is. What you need to do is take a toothpick and nudge the wire around. If the top is red but the rest don't glow, then nudge the next one down a bit. Keep doing this until all glow red evenly.

Thank you guys SO much for your help. I'm going to put it away for tonight.....me be exhausted and might set my nose hairs on fire if I keep going. Hehehehe.

Once, I almost burned down my computer work station while doing a juice burn for my ss mesh. So, don't worry, if I can manage not to burn down my computer work station, you can, too!

Depends, are we supposed to remain non social here as well?

Awwww - just saw the busy AiV thread in General e-cigarette discussions got closed for being "social" but another popular venndors thread was moved for the same reason.

Shame the AiV one got closed instead of getting moved like the other one.

Oh well - still got this thread I guess!

Now, if they'd give AiV a forum of its own, that wouldn't be a problem, would it?

Not trying to cause trouble, just stating a fact based on my personal opinion.

I know - we should PM Classwife who closed the AiV thread in the General Discussion forum and request equal and fair treatment.

Should be one set of rules for everyone and not one getting a whole subforum as a reward and others getting shut down.

Well I can understand it being closed for being too social. People go to that subforum to read about people's experiences with the product. And when that moves into being a social thread, where people talk about topics unrelated to that, it could cause an issue.

Of course we can be social here! This is AiV's thread. Since each supplier can only have 2 threads open at a time, they can use them for whatever they want. A lot of suppliers use them for giveaways, but AiV wants us to be social! :)
