ive had my alien 220 for about 2 months now, and in the past 2 weeks ive been having battery connection issues, every time i rotated the device, it shut off. now it wont even turn on unless i have the battery door unlocked and barely pressing against the batteries, THEN it turns on. as soon as i close the battery door it shuts off. any ideas?

Have you checked the contact pin in between the batteries that presses against the door when it closes?

it seems fine, its springy, and makes contact with the door panel. here's a picture of mine. the batteries have some small dents from the charger im using. would that cause the issues?

it also seems when i tap on the left side of the mod with the screen facing me it flickers on and off. now im not sure if it actually is the battery door.
That sounds internal. Do you have another set of batteries to try in it?

Could contact your local brick and mortar Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details".
Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.
