Alien mod misfire?

Just got the alien mod. Every now and then when I click the fire button nothing happens. I thought it was me, but I always hit it the same way. I don't think it's me.

Also .3 coil on the Mage reads .9, then "atomizer short. Don't abuse protect"

Anybody else experiencing this?

I beleive that one of the reviewers I follow on YouTube had this issue and said that it was fixed with a firmware upgrade. Have you upgraded the firmware?

I've only had mine a bit over a week and haven't noticed any problems so far. If you want to check, my sw version is v1.1.3

The misfire issue? Or the atomizer issue?

I'm absolutely loving this mod despite this. I haven't put it down in a couple days. I usually use a few a day.

I checked and there is an upgrade to V1.2.2 here:

Says it is a fix for the misfire issue. I may wait until I've had it a little longer and if I have any misfires.

As above, and as far as i know it was only the first batch.
