Great to deal with. Good response time with their ticket system. Understanding that defects and occurrences can occur they gave me the benefit of the doubt. I was upset when I got an imperfect product and was about to vent my frustrations in a not so gentle manner, however I sent a simple response and got a great reply/fix for my issue.
