Alien Visions Ordering Problem?

So loonngg time lurker lol just found out I need to post here and can't post in the AV section. I went to order some juice from them online and keep getting an error saying "there is no active payment system". I read on their new section that they had taken the payment system down for the day on Friday, but then there were posts today saying that any orders from yesterday and today would ship out on the 16th due to the holiday. So just curious if this is happening to everyone or if I'm doing something wrong(I've never ordered from them).

been having the same problem on their site today. from the reading i've done looks like they shut the ordering down once whatever quota they set for the day has been met, so that they don't end up with a backlog of orders they can't fill in a timely fashion. i heard the queue rolls over at 12AM, so maybe try again after that.

Every once in a while when avejuice needs to halt ordering. They take the payment system down so no one can place an order.

They will put it back up when they are ready to take on more orders.

I've waited up till 2am est and the the payment system never came up, i tried again at 1pm the same day and it worked. just keep trying. AVE ca be kind of a pain to order from sometimes, but it's worth the hassle. Supposedly the payment system will be up full time soon.

They do that when they aren't taking any more orders. He said he's been closing the ordering down at around 2:00 in the afternoon. I ordered in the AM and got through.

They are always busy. Plus they were closed for awhile due to an illness in the family.

That just makes me not want to order from the place...if there is a hassle on my end to order from the company then whats the point? If there stuff is soo great then maybe they should hire some folks to help them meet demand.

Ive been trying for 4 days now. Sorry...but thats just not good business.
