Alignment of the two window screws on your ProVari?

Are the window screws on your ProVari lined up?

  • Line up perfectly!

  • CLOSE ENOUGH.

  • Not lined up.

  • No, but I just lined them up myself.

  • I don't even have a ProVari, I'm just here to troll.

This reminds me of the arguments on electrical forums about lining up the screws on light switch plates. Some say vertical; some say horizontal. I just tighten up the screw until it stops.;)

Clearly you are not a Virgo. :D

ETA: My polished Provari's screws were not lined up (one an X, one a little bit off), but my black Provari's were lined up as X's. The Polished's ones are lined up now.

Gotta be vertical so dust doesn't collect in it. :)

Oh sheesh... you guys... I'm gonna be carrying a pocket screwdriver with me wherever I go now and screw with peoples switch plates - and apparently their heads too. The things I never even contemplated until I hit the Provari forum.

... I'm hardly OCD, but I like to line fasteners up on things like this - an example would be flathead screws on light switch and power outlet striker plates.

Maybe you should Replace those Phillips Head Screws with Torx Head Screws like the Old Provaris used to come with?

Not to hijack this critical topic, but does anyone else keep all their juice bottles lined up carefully, with the labels facing out?

Not yet because they're all in a box, but once we get the rack for the wall (nail polish racks look to be the perfect thing) you can bet they will be. :D

And do you rotate your batteries?
I don't mean "take turns using them" - I mean literally ROTATE them, so that the AW sticker lines up with the fire button?

Yes & No.

Gotta link to this rack. I need something that'll hold 50ml bottles & most of the racks I've seen only hold 10ml.
