All Copper Mechs?

I'm looking to buy an all copper mod to patina, engravings instead of etchings and a one piece 18650 tube. So far the copper Penny seems like the winner, anyone know of any others that fit this description?

I like FT for parts and pieces, especially drip tips. I'm just too anxious to wait on anything more than that, lol.

Thank you for the ideas Tayone. The XXIX is pretty nice for my purposes. Probably look for a deal on it and see how it compares in price.

No problem. The authentic is about $160-200 and the clones are under $60

Just double check to make sure if it's an engraving or etching, sorry I over read that in your 1st post. I haven't tracked one down in person yet, but if you're going for patina you shouldn't have to really worry to much since you won't polish off the etchings. I don't even polish anything anymore for that reason, since even engravings will eventually wear off from polishes.

I saw on a post somewhere a rule with fasttech... The more you want an item, the longer it takes to get there. Very true. Placed two orders with them... First order was broken into 3 shipments 2 1/2 months ago. I got the 2 items I wanted LEAST (One was defective btw) from the first order, still waiting on the other part with the majority of my order. Second order was about a month ago with the 20% shipping refund I got, same shipping method, a couple of drip tips and an acrylic stand. Got them in less than 2 weeks.

Fasttech. Trollolol.

Sorry Mark, I actually seen an authentic XXIX today at one of my local B&Ms I was surprised when I seen it, but unfortunately it's not engraved or etched. I couldn't find any info on it online, I was looking to buy one myself, but passed when I seen it. Sorry if I got your hopes up, but I don't think it would work for you.

My last FT order was placed June 22nd for some misc little items like I mentioned, shipped as a whole, but still hasn't arrived.

I ended up buying a Penny clone from ebay for $27 shipped, figured if I mess it up popping my patina cherry I can just write it off. I went ahead and stripped my black copper Stingrays 18500 tube to practice on, since I don't even own any 500's, lol. Probably do it with the 350 tube as well. Already got an rda / tip to match the black on the 650 though so I'm gonna leave it alone probably. May be posting some pics here this weekend on how it turns out.

I'll probably still end up with one eventually, for the polar opposite treatment though. Keep it polished up and blinding people
