I'll bet the prickle baby will like having more room! As will the Lab!!
The lab is going to stay at my parents, she's old and we don't want to put her through the stress of moving, plus the apartment place wants another $300 deposit if I have a dog.
congrats! you'll be missing that nap someday after being all grown up! My daughter says she wishes she could go back and take them and not fight them now! lol. That combo of well steeped doodle and frenilla is good

Congrats Proph! My first apt... 750 for a "vintage" 1 bedroom in Englewood, CO. Just off the light rail though, trip downtown was always a stumble away...

Congrats! Your very own first place is awesome! I remember living in an upstairs garage apartment that the floor was so bad I was always afraid I would wake up down stairs! But it was all mine, complete with shelves made of cinder blocks and sheets of plywood! Milk crates were our best friend and lava lamps were all the rage. You are in for a great time!

BFnowhere? I've always heard about that place but have never been able to find it! I live there too!
Went and bought furniture today. My wallet is crying. Got some vape stuff to pay off, then I'm tapped for a while.
But you DID it yourself! YOU bought the furniture for YOUR place that you can call your own!
My first place was 250 a month. No deposit. The place rented for 750. Seeing as how I was family I got it cheaper. Lived there 14 months. Then moved in with my wife. We own the home, but not the land. We only pay 200 a month. Its nice live just outside of town. Only about 3.5 miles to my parents house. And 4 miles to work now.

My town isn't that small come Summertime. Livin' next to one of the largest man made lakes in the world and all.
Band posters EVERYWHERE. The walls of my bedroom right now are covered, and I still have another 20 or so to put up.
