Sorry, this is a google translation from my post in the german forum. I hope you can understand it.

Surprising discovery
or: Where the dirt is in the evaporator

The last days I have yet again brought something with my new evaporator type. Above all I wanted to know how fast it dirty.
So that the outcome is objective, I have real liquid evaporates. Hence it is objective, I have drawn by an electric air suction pump the air and not by suck.
Results:
a) After about 100 ml of liquid was the vaporizer dirty.
b) After about 180ml of pure PG was contaminated, the evaporator similar extent, only brighter.

a) is clear. In liquid, it has obviously not vaporize remains that bear himself.
b) is unclear, because pure PG should make no residue.

So far I've always assumed that the pollution is caused solely by the liquid.

This has left me with the PG no silence.
If it is not a PG, it can come only from the air, so my theory. So I repeated the setup with PG, but made a fine dust in the air inlet filter FFP3.
And lo and behold. PG for 200ml of the evaporator looked almost like new.
I am flabbergasted blink on my own result

Obviously, causing house dust and fine dust much of the deposit!

A picture from a real used atty (not a genisis)

Raidy says: 60% of this are house dust

Now I'll test again with the whole real Liquid.
So, that right now a progress report. Now come back but only once other priorities.

You would have thought it possible?

That is amazing Raidy .
And also is the fact there is that much in the air . Not much can be done about it I guess besides knowing that some of it didn't make it in to My lungs . So another reason to vape ha ha . You must be really busy we have wondered how your new Mod is doing . Can you post some of your finding on it and where its gong .
Thanks Dan

good to see you back raidy. Just wanted to take a second to thank you for all the work you are doing in multiple areas of the vaping world. This is all relatively new for us and you have obviously begun to shed light on the areas that we all have been stumped by. Thank you for sharing your research and intelligence! Much respect.

I would second that. Thank you Raidy!
I'm glad someone does some scientific research into this subject.

Raidy, I wanna thank you to share your knowledge with us. Because your generosity I made excelent mod with Genisis atty integrated. I call him Hybrid. 40 Hybrids and 10 bodys for Genisis I was send to users around a world and almost all is very, very satisfied. Some of them can't find right setings for Genesis and I try to help him to resolve their problems.
Never before I wasn't feel such a pleasure as now with atty like this.
Thanks again.

This is a very interesting discovery Raidy.
Curious to see also test results using a commercial eliquid instead of plain PG.

I Just had to reply to this .thats a VERY suprising result .Did u do the tests on real liquid yet. ?
I like almost every one else was assuming all the deposits was from the eliquid .If what u say is correct
then a simple air filter on air inlets would greatly increase the life of evaporating elements .
