So what did you do different from when it wasn't working good at all?

not much actually, i just tried less wraps and resetting of kendal , i actually had it , just had to fine tune it.,im useing 400 mesh, 32gage wire, and 70pg/30vg


and i brought the one silver post closer to mesh

yes, a happy camper . last night i was so frustrated that while at work (night shift) , i went back to the 306 atty on the riva, and was thinking that i might as well give up on the genisis, didn't thing i could get it,
but today was a new day and i figured what the hell, try to make it work just one more time, and lo and behold , its working, i love it!
I guess i was trying to rush it,

Small report

Do not read if you want to know how to do it. Read only if you want to know what is going on.

Evaporator:
1) My new evaporator is finally as planned. It has some advantages:
a) No more windings. It is not screwed, stuck or something.
b) No more wire. Neither screw nor wind.
c) Fighting with Wire, sieve diameter, winding distances Adios!
d) Can be used with or without screen (!) .
e) seems to be an almost eternal life to do (but somehow I get him broken)
f) have evaporated with just 4Watt, power with 6W, 8W kills you!
Only the power supply I have not brought down to 3.6 V, but that would at industriel manufacturing a no brainer.

Pull Switch:

Alternative to the button I have developed a new pull switch.
Since the pull switch operates without mechanical parts, he can not stick together anymore. But the pull switch can do more. He knows not only on/off, but he also recognizes the strengths. Raidy, love the new pics! I am very glad to hear your still hard at work on your new design. I will wait until next week to see more details. Will this be an open sourse project as the Genesis? Or is this your new one with commercial production potential?

I took that to mean that the mod will work like an automatic battery not a button to push.
Suck to turn it on, suck harder for a stronger hit kinda switch.
