I click on certain links and nothing shows up. I need to know everything about the connector inside collection tank. I'm switching out a aluminum one to a nickel. Any help would be appreciated

Well nevermind. I just tried to thread the aluminum collector tank onto the new nickel connector and it won't thread at all, it doesn't work.

And I can't get the black plastic piece out of the original aluminum connector to put in the nickel one so I'm just out of luck anyways

Sorry I did not see this post until today. What happens when you click on a link on that page as it works fine for me. I just checked all of the links. Also, are you trying to take the insides from a Aluminum TMF version and transfer them to a UFS? If so, it will not work as the center pin for the UFS is much longer.

The piece you are having a problem getting the Black Plastic out of. It helps if you take really hot water and soak the part in it for a few minutes. This will do a couple of things. It will help loosen up and dried up juice that may be causing it to stick. It will also cause the metal that the plastic is screwed into to expand (A very little bit) but this also helps in getting items that are threaded together to come apart.

silentt, use pliers to unscrew the plastic. I screwed the plastic by hand so its not as tight as it seems. Maybe its stuck by liquid in there so better do as Zor said

I will try that zor and imeo. I'm not trying to change to ufs. I had to have a new connector sent to me because my aluminum doesn't thread 510's great. He sent me a nickel.
