All Riva 510's exactly the same no matter where you buy it?

They are the same. Many different vendors sell them, but I think you'll probably get a better deal from Liberty-Flights. I've purchased several things from them and they've never let me down.

I asked if they offerred faster shipping. Asked via email and on their forum. Last night got reply on forum that they do have and I should send them email. So I sent email again few minutes after I got that reply on the forum. Still waiting. ecigoutlets sent me 5 emails during that time. Not hard to pick which one has better customer service.
I don't see any Riva 510's on the site that you mention..... and all their kits are about double the price that they should be. But if fastest email response is the main priority then go with them. I know Liberty Flights usually gets the package to your door in the U.S. in about 3-4 days though.

It costs 10£ more than on Liberty Flights UK, but they also have 2 day airmail for 10£ and Liberty Flights similar shipping costs 22£. From ecigoutlet.co.uk you also get 20ml bottle of E-liguid and 10 tobacco flavored catridges with the Riva 510.
So with shipping included, the price is the same, but you get 20ml bottle of e-liquid and 10 ready to use catridges if you order from ecigoutlet.co.uk.
Also, I say it once more, I need to get the package before the weekend, and since I get no replies from LIberty Flights, it was not even an option to order from them.

I would assume that Rivas have been made by several different 2nd tier manufacturers as evidenced by subtle changes in the threads and branding.
