I got some cartos in a PiF trade. They're ok on the 510, but at 5v, I prefer to drip.
Cartos are fantastic! They don't guarantee you won't get juice in your mouth...as there is a bit of a learning curve.
My roommate got some from LiteCig and didn't care for them as much. The ones I've been using from RRVaporz are great though!

Haven't tried the 510 but the 808's I am still on the learning curve. Haven't quite figured out how not to end up with that burnt taste after a while. But I will keep plugging away.
and getting to try the one my friend has on her 808...I just bought some. I'm tired of mouthfuls of juice. AC is tasty...but it burns!!Just ordered 2 packs from litecigs and tossed in some Deuce juice as I'm curious about it. I trust litecigs.
The Deuce is awesome. Very hard to describe tho (thus why I didn't do a review), but it's really good stuff
When you get that burnt taste..its time to top that carto off with a few more drops of juice.
If you drip into the carto, just drip about 7 more drops at an angle .
If you use the easy carto condom method...put about 8 drops into the carto condom, drop that carto face down into it...then remove and wipe off.

Agreed. Topping off a carto is absolutely necessary when it starts to get low.
Some juices seem to vape out quicker than others too, so with certain juices you may find yourself topping off more.
Once you get to a point where even a top-off doesn't cure the burning taste, there are two options: 1. Toss it in the trash or 2. Try and wash it out real good, dry it, and fill it again.
Even after a wash, you may not be able to rescue some cartos.

510 cartos are fabulous! 40 drops in a blank? Yes, please. I fill up a few at a time and I have a couple of days of no fuss, all enjoyment vaping before I have to refill. Bliss.

Yeah, they came today. I got blanks, should I clean them? The one I'm using I filled with AC and it tastes funny, kind of metallic.
It's a good idea to air them out for a few days. Just pop off the condoms and set them aside to air out.
