do I need to add water to an all vg e-juice I make? I use a Kanger and evod

Nope. Only if you want to.

I use a lot of VG in my mixes. Sometimes I add a little vodka or PG to thin it just a little. Vodka I would add maybe 2% PG 10%. My base Nic is VG with no added PG. Haven't tried adding Distilled water to anything yet.
