I would go crazy trying to remember which bottle to add to which device and how high I could crank the watts. lol. I do not think nic is my problem. I am pretty convinced it is VG. when I first wake up in the morning the coughing is minimal. As the day wears on and I have vaped it gets worse. By nighttime it is bad.

Could it be PG that you are allergic to? I recall some people on the forum, including Anna, reported being allergic to PG. She would use PEG instead. I think it was PEG-400. You might get a little bit of that and try it.

I don't have to worry about going crazy because I already am LOL .....

I do sometimes get a bit congested from vaping though........ But it's not too bad and I don't get any weird sensation in my chest....... Well, let's hope it's the VG because that can be corrected......

I am not sure but I thought Peg 400 was something to use in place of VG?

    I do not know Territoo.
I guess it could be and I will know before the weekend is over as I am mixing some 50/50 in the morning and then vaping only that for a few days to see. If it gets worse then the culprit is PG but I do not think so

I hope you figure it out. No, I'm certain that PEG replaces PG. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is more chemically similar to propylene glycol (PG).

Ok, I will keep that in mind and thank you for clarifying.
Wasn't there also some buzz about it being toxic? Not sure I want to venture into the unknown.
If it does turn out to be PG that causes the sensitivity, I am fine with vaping 100%VG.
The only problem would be some of my frozen nic. I think most of it is 100VG but some is also 50/50

All I use is VG as the other 1/2 is allergic to PG.

I do have some congestion however attribute much of it to smoking for >=40yrs.

Yeah, I smoked for @40 years myself... I was also a heavy smoker..... For some strange reason I never developed any lung problems from those years of smoking (knock on wood) .....I know lots of smokers who hack up phlegm all of the time but none of that ever happened to me..... I only get mild congestion when I vape heavily but no other time.

Well, I hope you get it figured out.... Let us know what you find out. Hopefully it is juice related and not something worse.

I am not exactly the font

I didn't know that you were even a font! Prince's estate is filing suit against you for infringement. ;)

That would be my first guess too, and the first thing I cut down in a process-of-elimination attempt.

I'm no doctor and I did NOT stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, just for the record. ;)

LOL......... Well, I am not the "apex" of good health either but I am sure someone will find a way to try to sue me for being an apex (or not being one)

Yeah it probably is the VG but let's hope it's not some health issue :( .... A few experiments with PG/VG ratios will tell @chanelvaps

I don't know why but I've always pictured you as more of an emoji.

LOL... Well, the emoji is certainly more animated than I am LOL ..... You've known me for a LONG time and you know that I joke around a lot..... But as you also know, I am serious far more than I am jovial... If you view me as an emoji, I wonder what my wife views me as ;) Never mind, I don't care to know LOL

I smoked for 42 years, a heavy smoker. I never had any problems either until I did. 11 years after I quit cigs here comes the dreaded lung cancer that I sometimes let wander into my mind as I lit another cig. You never think it will happen to you until it does. Thankfully, due to modern medicine and a great pulmonologist and thoracic surgeon, I am fine today (save for the chronic cough. lol

Yeah I am about as familiar and educated with lung cancer as a person can get without actually getting it myself... My mother got terminal lung cancer and she only lasted 3 months.... She got it from long term smoking.....

Yep, lots of people falsely assume that they will not get cancer once they quit smoking.. That is simply NOT true... Smoking damages the cellular structure and I have known lots of people who got lung cancer 10 to 15 years after they stopped smoking...... However, if a person can make it to about 20 years after they quit smoking then the chances of getting it are much lower..... The SOONER a person can quit smoking the better their chances.....

I am truly sorry you had to go through that... The good news is that you are still here which 99% of the people who get lung cancer cannot say......

Smoking causes the cancer to form, but chemicals in cigarette smoke do inhibit the cell growth, which is why so many people are diagnosed with lung cancer after they quit smoking. It's called the smoker's dilemma. Do I keep smoking to slow down the cancer that has probably already formed or do i quit smoking to prevent a cancer that hasn't yet developed?
