I have been vaping now for about 10 months - I use the Dura C and most of the time, a 24mg PG liquid. Over the past few months, I've noticed little fever blisters on my chest and stomach - and where I've never had an issue with dry, itchy skin - now have this problem on my face and in my ears. I'm also noticing a little shortness of breath - not all the time, but enough to make me wonder.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this since giving up cigarettes and going to a vaping device?

I've heard some of these things, yep! It's a matter of debate/opinion how much is due to quitting smoking versus starting vaping. If it's from quitting smoking, it should go away soon. If not, some find they are allergic to PG; you might try some VG for awhile and see if it goes away.

Finally, both PG and VG are 'dessicants' meaning they rob your body of moisture, so you should try to drink more fluids if possible, and see if that makes a difference. I am experiencing dry, itchy skin personally about 2 weeks in. I am trying to increase my fluid intake to see if it helps. I hope I don't end up proving allergic to PG, I just ordered tons of Juice!! (I know I can probably get rid of it on the classifieds if so, but still!!)

No changes in detergent, I have switched to an antibacterial hand soap (recommended by a nurse practitioner). I was using a different juice - 36mg strength, from a different supplier - but have stopped using it and am back to the 24mg liquid from the original supplier.

I've increased water intake and also am using a heavy duty moisturizer every day - it does seem to help some.

Thanks for the feedback )
