Almost killed a battery today.

It should be dead. I dropped it in a cup of water with a cartomizer on. It feel in the cup cartomizer down and it was a full cup of water. I pulled it out took off the cartomizer and held it down so all the water would run out and then took a puff on it without a cartomizer and it lit up blue very close call. I wonder if the cartomizer absorbed most of the water since i pulled it out in like 2 seconds.

I'd set that battery aside for a few days. Put it in a jar or box with some uncooked rice, or silica-gel packets (the kind that come in shoe boxes). Let it thoroughly dry out any water that (probably) got to the internals.
