Almost lost 2 provari's in 2 days!

Newbie here with a crappy week. I have 2 provari's 1 is standard and the other is the mini and friday my mini throws an E5 error constantly and then it just died, tried 4 new batteries and nothing. Cleaned the terminals with no go and then finally tried and an alcohol bath, it's dead. :( and still is at the time of this post.

Then saturday my standard provari starts spitting out E8 errors every time I pushed the button. I cleaned contacts with no go, changed batteries and that didn't help. sooo I tried the alcohol bath on it and that fixed it and is working perfectly. I don't get it.... I NEVER spill juice on my provari's.

Now I had to buy a backup so I ordered a smoktek SID and trying to get rid of cartomizer tanks all together so I also ordered a Protank 2. I will be carto free some day I hope.

I can honestly say I have never heard of that happening to anyone. I would send them into ProVape, being a new vapor I am sure that they are still under warranty.

Odd thing about you moving away from cartos, I recently put two more into service, I am now using three. I have the original ProTank on my ProVari right now, hope the new ProTanks serve you well.
