Have you ever ordered from Alt-Cig? Not only do you get a nice handwritten note with each order, and a sample of a juice to try, Sunny goes out of her way to make sure you are always a satisfied customer. Do you like your juice a little sweeter? Not so sweet? Less PG? However you want it, Sunny will have it made that way for you, and keep it in your records and make it that way next time.
I ordered two big bottles Gooey Caramel Cookie from Alt-Cig. It tasted a little off, but it's one of my favorite juices. Sometimes my tastes change, and I stop liking a juice I used to like. I messaged Sunny about it, and she apologized profusely, and replaced the juice with juice from a fresh batch and sent me a couple of nice sized sample bottles of two new juices to try. I got the juice in two days!! With an appreciative note, telling me how valued of a customer I am.
Alt-Cig has a bunch of flavors I really like, and I was hesitant to say anything, because I thought it was my taste buds. But now I am glad I did.
