Alt Cig = Above and Beyond Service

I found Alt Cig in June and several orders later I'm still impressed with their lip smaking delicious juices. My last order was missing one small bottle. I emailed them so they can include it in my next order and not to upgrade it (they did that before). Well I received the missing juice today and yeah they upgraded it. Thank you Sunny, Hans and Bob!
