I recently put an order in with altsmoke for some replacement springs for my SB and some other odds and ends.

I ordered at 11pm and got a shipping notification the next morning. Everything I ordered was there and it shipped as fast as USPS could carry it.

I also had a question about my SB and put in a ticket at 10:30 last night. I had my answer at 12:18 (less than 2 hours later).

I would not hesitate to order from altsmoke. They are a stand up company and a good model of how things should work.

Just an update. I had to send my silver bullet in because I was having some switch problems (older SB i bought second hand). I sent it to them on the 13th and got it back today. In less than a week including shipping both ways. Not only did they replace the switch, they also polished it up. This is like having a brand new mod. I am really impressed with these guys.

had my silver bullet for over a year....still not a single problem with it and I use it daily. Altsmoke shipped it out fast. They have competitive pricing. I'd recommend this site to anyone
