I bought a used Silver Bullet on the ECF classifieds and when the venting concerns with all mods came up, I tried blowing in my SB and got nothing. It's important to know that this has been stripped and sanded, so it's not stock and has been heavily used. After I mentioned it on a thread here Chad contacted me and offered to check it and fix it. I sent it to him last Wednesday and it's back on Monday, with good venting too. This was exceptional service and shows that AltSmoke takes care of it's users, even if the mod is old and they bought it used. AltSmoke rocks!
