Today when my mail went I had my 2nd order in 3 days. I had placed one last week to fill in a few gaps on carts I needed. Not long (the next day) after I placed that order my 6 week old PCC died. It simply refused to charge anything. No lights, no nothing. So I went through my supplies to see what else I needed or wanted so I could place another order and mention my dead PCC.
Now I realize that my PCC gets a whole lot of wear. It was no surprise that it died. It was well used and certainly earned a permanent break. So, I placed yet another order and mentioned my clearly exhausted PCC. Not only did I get my usual order conformation email, but within minutes I was sent a personal email letting me know that my PCC would be replaced ASAP. This is the kind of customer service that really makes you smile! Totally above and beyond.
As most of you all know this habit of vaping comes with a totally new addiction to supplies. It doesn't matter what we NEED, it is all about what we WANT. Needless to say, I have plenty of batteries and chargers as well as just about all of the other accessories that go with our treasured V4L system. My loss of a PCC was certainly not an emergency. Funny though how we get used to having such a minor convenience and when it dies we are like lost puppies. We sit and think (sometimes aloud convincing our spouses that we have finally lost that last marble) OMG, what am I gonna do without that? I use it all the time. It is like for a moment we forget that we have a dozen batteries and could not possibly kill them all in a week, let alone 1 day.
So I sat over the weekend and through today until my mail came. Mail was almost 2 hours late due to a massive snow storm last night. This only happens when I am expecting something good. Go figure! Anyway, I got my new PCC today as well as everything else I ordered. Another perfect order. And another perfect choice made by our guys at V4l in my "goodies". Just this last Thursday my son called and said he needed an emergency shipment of supplies as he was just about out of juice to refill his carts with. I have placed several orders over the last month with a good chunk of it going to my son to keep him off the smokes. I am pretty sure that Steve and/or Mark are reading my text messages. They always seem to know just what we need. I sent my son a couple of my batteries as spares and at least 60mils of various juice. My goodies in this order included a battery identical to what I had just sent to my son. I have kept almost all of my "Goodies" separate from my actual ordered items. Most all of my Goodies got sent to my son along the way. Not all of course. There are a few things I have been far too selfish to share. So many flavors, so little time in the day to vape them all!!!!
So, thanks to the V4L team for all they have done for me and mine. Thanks to all the "Goodies" I have received along the way my sons new and healthier habit has hardly dented my own personal stash.
For anyone who is sitting on the fence in regards to ordering from V4L, get off the fence!!!! There is NO better place to shop. As with any business, occasional mistakes are made and sometimes there is a lemon in the hardware. These guys will ALWAYS go above and beyond to fix it. Doesn't matter if it is their mistake or simply a mishap with hardware. These guys really are worth their weight in Gold. Keep it up guys!!!!
