Am I a ....., or do I have this figured out?

So there are these thread icons now...

It seems red means I've read that thread before?
And blue means I haven't read it yet?

And gray means it is a thread I started?

And one envelope means no new posts?
But multiple envelopes means there are new posts for me to read?
So blue icons would always be multiple envelopes then?

Is there some where to read up on what all this means?
Am I really such a .....?

I can't be THAT much of a ..... I guess.
I have figured out that a green arrow means I've posted in the thread.
