ok, so here is what i've been doing and it seems to work well for me. i bought a bottle of cheapo vodka and put some in a bowl. whenever one of my T3's goes empty, i take the coil head off and put both it and the clearo in the vodka overnight. i then put them on the windowsill to dry out in the sun (when the sun shines, which is seldom lately). then i fill them back up and vape on.

is this a good procedure, a bad procedure, a horrid procedure, or a so-so procedure. if anyone knows a better way, i would love to hear it. thank you very much. good bye.

I do the same run under hot water and if I'm in a hurry a use a hair dryer for a couple of minutes dry burn reassemble and vape on.

I never clean my Nova heads. I use them for 6 - 8 weeks and once they start tasting bad I ditch them. I do not take apart a tank that is performing well. I do not clean it just because I ran the juice out. I do not dry burn. When I was doing all of that I was going through Nova heads like crazy. Since I decided on my new routine I have had heads last for months. YMMV.

The gurgling(slurpy) noise usually just starts to happen when your juice level is low and the coil is starting to get flooded, usually refilling and taking a few puffs will stop it.

As for the dry burn, search YouTube for videos on how to do it, but basically you unscrew the bottom part, rinse it off, remove the silicone cap, wiggle out the center air tube exposing the wicks. I recommend using tweezers for this next part. There should be two loose wicks sitting above the coiled wick, take those two out so you're looking directly at the coil. Run the power in short bursts(3-5 seconds) and after a while it will start smoking. Keep going and blowing the smoke off(DO NOT INHALE IT) until the coil starts glowing red. You want a good 1-2 seconds of a red hot coil, but if you run it too long it will pop. Then you can either just blow it out or rinse it and let it dry again.

I'm usually too impatient to let it dry so I rinse it, put it all back together and fill with juice and just don't inhale the first few weak puffs(from the water).
