I know your feelz. Been on a vape spending frenzy lately. Doesn't help that I'm getting into mechanicals and RDAs/RBAs. So many options and I want em all.

I know, I like the look of mech. I've checking most of mech so long. However, after I do more research about it, it's not the time for me to go there yet. There is big learning curve. From what I did research about what is right for me, I think vv/vw is the best suit for me as a noob.

I would actually recommend going straight to IBtanked. here is my logic.
If you end up liking cartomizer, you would want to upgrade the tank and IBtanked is a good choice.
If you end up not liking cartomizer and wanting to try Killer, you can still use IBtanked (22mm) and just get killer tube.
If you end up not liking them at all, you would have spent $19 more. However, chance of you not liking carto is slim. :p
Just something to consider.

ha ha ha, nice logic, I'll take it to consideration :p

From my calculation I think (I hope, just order it 5 hrs ago) provari will come before tank. I only have 4 ego 650 mah for now.

You can use both the f15 and the f16 on your eGos and on your ProVari; the issue is the size. The f16 is big--but it's also easier to refill. But it's really big. That's what that guy is using in the video. If you go with the f16, you'll need to order XL prepunched cartos:

BOGE 510 XL LR STAINLESS STEEL PUNCHED 2.3MM (5 PK) - $6.50 : VapeLite your source for Boge quality electronic cigarettes, Boge electronic cigarettes

If you decide to get the f15--get a 5-pack of the standard size pre-punched stainless Boge cartos.

You'll also have to decide what resistance to choose. I prefer 3Ω for the ProVari, but you'll need LR (2Ω) for the eGos.

Sorry, nothing is simple..

Get a balance from what you want and what you need. In first month i spent probably 500$ worth of gear and liquid. Now 2 months after, im getting most of my vape from egos and unflavored. Its an experience in a way. All you need to do consistent and reliable vaping is just a good ego battery and some good juice and carto/tank. Besides that, are experiences, and a plus.

Good logic. However, I know plenty of people who can't stand cartomizers. Trust me. I'm used to cartomizers, I vaped them for years because that's all we had at the beginning. But the new vapers go straight to fillerless contraptions--and many reject cartos as old technology. Some people are truly sensitive to the off flavors of the polyfill in cartomizers. So... :)

Some of biggest vapor production I got (excluding RDA) was from carto. I initially hated the idea of carto (filling and tube sliding etc) and loved the simpleness of clearo tank. However, once I got used to the carto tank, its consistency and flexibility blew me away. Juice flow control with simple punch of a hole. Changing carto on the fly. Juice refilling without taking the topper off. And almost endless amount of tank choices. For me, it isn't about how does it vape the first time. It is more about how is it vaping after a week or a month. Cartomizer is a definite winner in that department.
Biggest lesson I learned was, no matter the type, if you spend the time to learn and appreciate its strength, you will enjoy it. Some learned to appreciate carto. Some falls in love with rebuildable. Well, I love them all! (and vape them all everyday) :D

You are definitely not alone ucool, I too spent about $500 when I started, trying different components. When you finally settle, you start your break-even. After a year, I find it about 1/5 of cost of traditional ciggs. I always, always have to try new liquids though. This decreases my funds but increases the fun :)
