Am I doing it right??

Hello People,

I have a Skycig kit. I also have a E-lites kit.

I can a decent kick from the E-lites in the back of my throat. The caps don't last anywhere near as long as they say they do though.

The skycig is the one I saw loads on the internet and people said it was the best. The flavors are nice, but I get pretty much nothing in the back of my throat. Which is what its all about for me.

Is there something i am missing with the sky cig?

Also what is the best kit that kicks the back of your throat and allows you to refill the carts with E-jucie ?

I have never tried or heard of either, but if you are looking for throat hit , you might want to look into a riva/ego/ anything else they make of an ego clone with either low resistance atty or dual coil cartos.. they are just as good as a high volt mod and a lot cheaper...

You should be able to refill both your Sky & Elite with juice.

I agree, the riva or e-go are both great starter kits. There is also an e-go clone called a k-go by hoosier e-cig supply. It is actually more powerful than a 14500 3.7V battery used in many mods. I have not tried this but have heard good things and am looking into it for my fiance.

TH usually depends on the nicotine level moderated by the following
- heat increases TH
- size of the drag - more powerful bigger ecigs usually make more vapor at once
- juice bases high in PG let through TH and flavor better
- juice bases high in VG dull TH and flavor but make more visible vapor

The Riva will mainly give you much better battery life between recharges.

Dormouse has given you some good info on throat hit To add to her info, LR (Lower Resistance) atomisers/cartomisers will give you better TH.

Agree. The extra power in the Kgo makes a big diff. If you're a noob you may not notice much diff from Kgo, Riva, Ego. They're all good. The Kgo gives 3.7 mods a run for their money. For $40 to $45 for a kit with two batts and accessories it's a smokin' deal.

Might want to stay away from tanks for a bit. They can be frustrating when you're learning with leaking and flavor issues. Low resistance dual coil cartomizers and good juice will give you a better throat hit with a Kgo or Riva. I think they warn not to use the dual coils on Egos. The batts may not be capable of that much punch. That said, I've read many posts of people using LR dual coil cartos on them successfully.

PEZE, Boodle is right, quite a few folks have found the tanks to be frustrating - others love them ;D

I really would go for the Riva 510 for now & some good juice. Don't forget, you can still make use of the e-cigs you have already bought by refilling them with juice

Cheers guys ordering now. I hope they are here quick I am running low and even broken my cheapy from amazon. Went to Tesco today as I saw some disposables there but they'd sold out too!
