Am I going crazy, or am I seeing lights?

I have CigNot eGo, and I am very pleased with it, but I could swear that on rare occasion during the day, the lighted button lights up for a split second on my desk, and I could SWEAR I saw it do this when I was in my bedroom with the lights off. Am I seeing things, or is it really doing this? If it is, does it mean something?

....maybe aliens are trying to communicate with me through my eGo?

It means you should reduce your ... intake ahah

Seriously though, I have an eGo myself and found that sometimes the button can get stuck if I don't push it straight enough. I'm not sure if it could cause what you saw, but maybe your button was semi-stuck and it lighted up briefly when it got 'unstuck' ?

lol... That would be surprising as it is intermittent... only happens on rare occasions and it's just a blink, and not necessarily right after I take a drag (or maybe I'm just not noticing it right away... I don't know).

alien repair crew at work..testing! Duhhhhhhh....you will wake up the big ugly giant!

....

If the button is not stuck... maybe it is a reflect effect.

Or the ......aliens! :p
The reflect effect... Now that just seems like too reasonable of an answer. Having the TV on in the dark, or having the unit in front of my monitor couldn't possibly have anything to do with it... I think I will go with aliens :D

Sometimes I feel my phone vibrate in my pocket, only my phone isn't in my pocket. Sometimes I see my eGo blinking in my periphery, only I don't have an eGo.
Aliens.
Oh, I get the phantom vibration in the pants too... I figured it was just the radio active nature of our phones, muscle memory, or the likes, but you also bring up a good point that this could be related.

The fact that you see eGo blinking without even owning one is definitely X-Files stuff... We should definitely inspect you for chip embedding!

I suggest you unscrew the atty from the battery and if this happens again, you could have a bad battery and need to get incontact with the vender you bought it from and let them know.
This could be a bad situation. Could kill the battery prematurly or even when you don't know it, turn on (especially if you have the atty on it tight) an cause a fire or damage someone or something..
Just a safety precaution..
