ok I got a Trident clone and built a duel coil with cotton wick it comes in at .60 ohms it wouldn't fire on my SVD but it does on my Magneto nothings is getting too hot is it ok to vape on? I'm not a sub ohm person that's why im asking.
am I safe?

Can't answer that question without knowing what kind of battery you're running it on. I would check out Baditudes blog on battery safety, find out the C rating on your current batteries. I would advise you not to use that coil until you get an answer

If you have a 10Amp CDR on your battery, you should be okay. If it isn't a 10amp, I wouldn't push it.
was using a efest IMR 2000 but will switch to a pani 10 amp protected mech was cool atti was getting alittle warm.
That eFest should be fine. Your atty is going to get warm on that coil.

FYI: not sure if you know this, so don't think I'm being patronizing... The SVD won't fire anything below 1.3ohms.
