Play around, try new flavors. 12 or even 8 mg is probably enough with the nautilus.

I use 12mg consistently on mini nautilus, as I puff on it a few times moving around the office/buildings. I've not taken a subtank (nano) to work, yet...

6 mg on the subtank...

I have been cutting down though for a fairly long time....

Mark,

It's ok to cut it down by mixing a lower nic content juice. While it won't be 100 percent accurate, it will be fairly close (you're not exactly looking for pharmaceutical precision). When I was using my Halo Tritons, I was using 24 mg. Once I started using the iStick, I diluted the 24 mg down to 15 by mixing it in a 1:1 ratio with 6 mg juice. I just make sure to give the bottle a good shake before I refill my tank. After I use up the 24 mg juice, I will begin blending the 6 mg with 18 mg juice, which will give me about 12 mg. I've ordered some 12mg juice which I will use without mixing. By the time I get through all that juice (by the end of this year maybe?), I will try dropping down to 6 mg.

I have a Kanger Aerotank, which is waaaaaaay too airy, unless the variable airflow is on the lowest possible setting (which doesn't get me the cloud I want), so I open up the coil casing and shove a tiny bit of organic cotten in next to the coils. Careful not to block the hole at the bottom or cover the coils on top. Easy peasy solution, but you'll probably need some big ol' pliers to get the chimney off the casing in order to get in there. You'll probably also have to play around with the size of your cotton blob to get it just right... but it works! :)

When I rebuild the coils on all of my tanks (BCCs and BDCs), I always shove some extra cotton in there. I guess the reason people like the newer Nautilus Mini so much is because the BVC coil is pretty much a cartomizer... lots of cottony goodness. I just ordered one yesterday, and I can't wait to crack open the casing for my first BVC rebuild and see what kind of magic is going on in there.
