Yay! Got my package today! Then my excitement quickly turns to dissapointment when I open my order, and yet again, its wrong. I ordered 2 packs of XL clearomizers, I got 1 pack of standard size clearomizers. This is the 5th order in the past month or so that has been missing something or has the wrong item, I am starting to feel cursed. The funniest part is that the orders are from 5 different companies! Eventually it all gets sorted out, I pay to have the wrong items returned and I end up eventually getting what I ordered. In my last order I was missing a cheap drip tip. So I continue to use the standard cart that came with my atty, which sucks the juice right off the bridge into my mouth, and I have to hold it between my teeth and inhale on it when I put it back on the atty after dripping so that the pressure won't force all the juice out the bottom of the atty. I will probably do some trimming on the bottom part of it so that it isn't so close to the bridge, now that I will be stuck with it for awhile. And I will continue to use the SR boge cartos I have instead of the LR XL clearomizers I ordered, and head back to the post office to mail these ones back to the states. Does anyone else have this much problems with their orders or do I just have really bad luck with this (among other things)?

/end rant

With close to 100 orders placed I have yet to experience what you have. I normally only allow 3 strikes no foul balls. You are a patient individual. 5 orders ???

Patient? Absolutely not!! Frustrated, annoyed, and helpless. 4 out of the 5 are very reputable companies, and I am sure it was just an honest mistake, but why does it always happen to me?

I have been having similar sort of problems lately all from different sellers.

One order where the wrong items were sent.

Another where I was missing 2 of the 6 batteries that I ordered.

Not really the same type of issue but I classify it under my recent string of bad luck. A package that went missing. Vendor shipped a replacement On Feb 18th from the US and I still have not received that one. :censored:

Sorry for your luck, but atleast I know its not just me, misery loves company, lol.

lelly, your Avatar has to be one of the Best on ECF I love it, your luck will change, look at it like this you now have all your mishaps out of the way and from here on in all will be good, hopefully anyway

TY, I was on a banana kick for awhile and just never got around to changing it! Fingers crossed that my luck will turn around now....

I've got a whole whopping three orders under my belt, one is languishing in customs and the other went off the radar the day after it left customs in China. Another order from Vapables was fast and just what I ordered. Of course I don't have a PV because they are with the other two orders. So I'm still on the analogs and you are not alone.
Good luck

I'm with Switched on this one. Only I don't even go as far as 3 strikes - for me, it's two... unless extreme circumstances. This ain't baseball. And I have NEVER paid to return an item that I did not order. IMHO, if the company I order from screws up, it's THEIR problem, not mine.

FWIW, Happy Jack just emailed me yesterday to let me know that he screwed up my order and shipped the wrong colour of tanks with my eGo-Ts. He promptly shipped out another set ON HIS DIME. And I haven't even received the first shipment yet. This is an example of great customer service.

Reminds me of that old joke;

Did you hear about the 3 old ladies in the park that were accosted by a flasher?

One old lady had a stroke,

Another old lady had a stroke....

And the third one couldn't reach! :p

So sorry I thought it was the same one. Like others have said, now that the bad luck is behind you :) Hopefully brighter days are ahead.

I don't play baseball either but everyone is allowed a fair shake:
  • I ask;
  • I tell;
  • I kick Azz

You are having some bad luck!! I can assure you any company messing up 4 out of 5 times would be out of business by now, so looks like you have had the worst of luck. On the bright side, you luck has to change.

One thing that makes a supplier more prone to mess up is complicated orders. Say 3 packs 510 round carts then 2 packs flat carts, 5 eGO carts, 2 RY4-18 3 RY4-24.. A mix of different yet similar products in different quantities, with a large variety of products is the hardest to fill, its human nature for the shippers mind to wander on those, unfortunatly increasing the odds that something will get missed or mixed up.

I had one order wrong, the shipper noticed before it arrived and sent the proper part out and told me to keep the mistaken part, then tossed me in an extra 10ml bottle of juice on top to boot for the mistake. northern vapers. evapers has always gotten my orders right though (dam you rob, screw up so I get some freebies LOL)

It wasn't one company messing up 4 out of 5, I am not that forgiving and would have written them off long before they screwed me 4 times, lol!!! What I meant was it was 5 different companies. 4 of them are very reputable. And oddly enough, NONE of the orders were complicated. One order was for just one battery. Got the wrong one. One order was for nic juice and 2 drips tips, missing a drip tip. The biggest order was for a bunch of flavors, an atty, and 4 packs of cartos, got the wrong cartos. One order was 6 bottles of juice and 2 packs of cartos, got one pack of cartos (the wrong kind) and other pack was missing. One order was for bunch of bottles of juice, one was the was the wrong strength and another was the wrong size. I can see mistakes happening more when I order 10 different types of hardware, but in my opinion, these orders were pretty basic.

I knew what you were talking about, lol Funny how so many people read you comments as all one supplier.

The three different vendors I had the issues with are highly respected suppliers on ECF. I have seen dozens of people in the Canadian forum talking about ordering from these places. Coincidentally all orders were my first orders from these particular companies.

Okay... so you ARE cursed. LOL

I still can't believe a supplier would ask you to ship back items at YOUR expense when they are the ones who made the error, though. That's bad business, IMHO.

I know :) I was just trying to say every supplier is going to have a rate of errors filling orders, and its going to be more or less the same for each supplier, so ordering from the same supplier or different ones either way should average way less that an 75% error rate. Now knowing that it was simple orders, I'd have to say you are the most unluck guy in vaping :)

Just think, if your luck does a complete 180, 4 out of 5 orders will come with extras that you want :0
