I think you have chosen excellent equipment. Even some of us who have been vaping more than a year are enamored with the iSticks and bought more after trying one. Don't ever think your current hardware is "not good enough" around other people. What is important is that it works well for you, for the purpose intended. That is all that matters. This is your journey to be free of cigarette addiction, you know what is right for you better than anyone else![]()
when the juice is level with the bottom of the battery, that's when I make the change. As the battery discharges on the REO with every toot is it really noticeable? Also, how do you know when to switch batteries as I've heard you aren't supposed to completely discharge batteries for these things. Thanks guys!
I change out the battery whenever I feel like my vapor production is diminishing or the throat hit is getting weak. That's the only downside I see. I change them out 2-3 times a day, but I'm a heavy vaper.

This.^^ Once I get a "draw" and the vapor is not what it usually is I know it's time to change. And surprisingly enough it is very apparent, this was my biggest worry before I got my Reo's but now I have got to where I yank my batteries and throw the multimeter on them and sure enough 3.6v. And I am not the most observant person in the world either. Other than that last pull or two before charging each and every pull feels and produces the same except for the first three or so on a full battery. Those are some powerful ones but it evens out and stays that way till charging time.
Once you get your builds dialed in you should be able to use the bottle as a gauge. I know on my duel coil Grands 3/4s of the bottle down and the battery is approaching ~3.8 (my change out point). With a single coil 0.8 build I was easily getting 6mls on a VTC5.
On dual .4's I can almost empty a bottle before I need a new battery.![]()
I'll admit I am attracted by the simplicity of it, and the fact it will give me the flavour of a dripper, it was the lack of regulation that put me off (and the price) I'm not slating it I just wasn't sure it could match a regulated box for consistency, I'm not sure I'm ready to spend that kind of money on something I could probably build for a fraction on the price but I might give one a try if I ever have the spare cash (which might be soon after landing a new job over Christmas)
Also watch the classies here, that's where I landed mine!
Back during the summer a guy I know of in Arkansas sold two Reo Grands LP SL with RM2', like new for $115.00 ea..!
Deals are obtainable!

That is what I am doing! There is bound to be a great deal coming my way! Got my eyes peeled for a lp REO mini. I'm willing to give the REO a second look!
Thought of you last night RTG as I loaded the Reo up with some Virus/Frenilla blend after giving my last bottle of The Virus away six months ago. I have to admit, I've actually enjoyed it. I think it's just a little too rich for me on its own and besides, everything goes better with a little Frenilla!
