Andrew at CrystalClearVaping has been amazing this week! I ordered some clearance nic juice and the bottle arrived broken with 100mg nic juice seeping out everywhere. When he got my email he called me right away to let me know he would be sending me out double what I ordered, the premium instead of the clearance nic I purchased and some free cartos to boot. I would have been happy if he replaced my order but he didn't even have to do that. It was the USPS that broke the bottle and he sent my order off safely.
