Had a great experience today with a vender today about a wrongly filled and delivered order. I ordered a couple all metal ViVi Novas and a small ejuice but was sent regular ViVi's instead from Vapor Solutions in BC. After a quick response from Nadine I suggested her to just send a couple all metal tubes and be done with it saving her any extra monies and inventory. We emailed each other a few times with very quick responses and great communication.
I just got a confirmation email from them confirming my initial order was resent today. That's 2 complete all metal ViVi's plus another ejuice. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to the vapemail. I highly recommend this vender to all and look forward to ordering more.
