Ordered trogg SD, never heard from them??? anyone?

Hi guys.

I went to ecigscrewdriver.com and ordered the SD kit mini, in black ( as it was the only one not out of stock, as per their page ) and .. well ive paid, but got no confirmation email from them. I emailed them the day after ( the money has been charged, and paypal has confirmed this ) and asked about whether or not id get a confirmation, and asked them to email me back, since i was a bit worried, and still no response today.

So - should i be worried.. or??

Trog gets busy sometimes. He will answer. I've seen replies in 15 minutes, some in 15 hours. Best part is he WILL answer.

Shipments within the UK are sent out promptly, usually the next day. They are sent via
Royal Mail special delivery. This is a guaranteed next day (not weekends) before 1pm signed for service.

1st class signed for air mail. Tracking information can be provided for this service (if the item is late) tho officially this isnt considered a tracked service by Royal mail..

Please allow 2 weeks for overseas deliveries to arrive before making inquiries. They usually

no need to worry about Trog, you'll probably get your SD before you get an email lol.

If you've made the payment , the SD will be on it's way..so don't worry

Trog will answer. Don't be a nervious nellie. Good customer service at that site. They just get a little backed up sometimes. Remember, Screwdrivers are not mass produced. They are handcrafted.

Trog is absolutely the berries, so don't worry. I'm sure your SD is already winging it's way toward you. And congratulations on making a great choice--the SD is the primo PV out there. I love, love, love mine--so much that I ordered a 2nd one to be sure to always have one! On second thought--is that love or is it obsession? Maybe a little 'o' both...lol!

I can officially back that up, cause i just received a mail that i shouldnt worry and it HAS already been shipped.

I still wish they would "follow" up by email themselves, - but then again, maybe im just accustomed to that. In any regard, excellent service so far. ;D
