Eric, thanks so much for your great service and phone call when I needed to place the order. All arrived just fine (fast shipping and packed well!).

Love the Intellicig starter kit. (Eric's great deal on this made it an inexpensive way to check it out ($17 USD shipped). This starter kit sells for £24.00 elsewhere.).

The Café Sumatra liquid I also bought is tasty. The amber glass bottle is clearly labeled with ingredients (has a bit of Glycerin in it) and warnings and has a child proof cap and flat drip insert. The flavor was a nice rich amber mix of coffee, cocoa and vanilla.

We've managed to push into transit about 95% of the pending orders. We apologize for the delay, but we've now received most of the packages we shipped from the USA warehouse to our UK storefront.

That was the first round I've ever sent out. The postlady here in Coleford, Gloucestershire told me it generally takes 3-8 days, but that there is always a risk of Customs delays.

I'm not exactly stoked about the move. I'm just doing what I can to secure the customers' access to electronic cigarettes and e-liquid in the event a ban on the sale is enforced in the wake of current pending litigation. Hopefully it's worthwhile. Already missing my family and friends.

Actually, one other package has. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I've requested both USPS and Royal Mail investigate the shipments. I'll keep you both posted. If it's of any consolation, I don't think they're seized.

I don't think they're seized either. I think the USPS is your typical US Government-run agency: halfasšed.

I'm definitely desperate but at this point it's moot.

I miss my nice, tasty, relaxing vapor.

well this is just spiffy eric. so i just cancel an order with one supplier who can't seem to give a shipping date only to order from another supplier who can't give a shipping date. simply outstanding.

What do you mean, dperino? I can have your order shipped out tomorrow. We've only had issues with 2 customer shipments, and even that is incredibly rare.
