American or European Made VV Mods List?

Maybe we could compile a list of non-Chinese VV-VW devices. I'd be interested to know what else besides the Provari, Darwin, etc is out there. Might help publicize some of the smaller makers as well. Anyone care to begin?

The Buzz Pro, Infinity Pro, Diamante, Joker and the Saber Touch VV are some of the American made VV PV's that I could come up with off the top of my head.
