amount of pg and or vg in extracts or flavoring

I have search over and over to find this information. well ben diy E-juice for short time now, batches come more thinner or some batches come out thicker. How do we know how much pg or vg is in extract or flavoring. I have some flavoring/extracts that is more like water and some real thick. I use the ejuice me up calculator (very nice cal) and in the flavoring section there is " No flavor" or the Pg and Vg option, How do I know what ration to use. Again I search and seached over and over dint find anything.
