For people who have vaping for a long time (several years) have you seen prices go up or down with juices, carto's, etc?

I think that vaping has certainly become more popular and so I'm not sure if that would drive prices up, as people want to charge more money to newbs, or if that has caused prices to go down as there are now a lot more vendors.

Got a link to where to read it with a computer and not a E-Reader?

Just search the title and "pdf ebook", that's what I'd have to do to dig up a link.
Plus I'm not sure on the legalities, like maybe the copyright has lapsed in the countries that have the link but not in the country ECF comes from.

I just know I got it a while back and decided it wasn't worth paying for.

I read the alan carr thing .... his quit smoking program has fairly high success for a lot of people. And he puts it together in a way that smokers with similar views or misunderstandings they may indeed find useful. The in clinic sessions provided, from what I read/seen sorta stumble on some cognitive behavior tactics that help as well. [that was from a psychologists review of it ... not mine]

In a nutshell ... what it really states, over and over again, is that the problems that smokers use cigarettes to solve, such as stress, etc. are created by using nicotine NOT because you don't have enough nicotine.

More simply, you use cigarettes to avoid withdrawal from cigarettes. Stop using cigarettes and the problem goes away. For some people ... who aren't thinking about it, that can be a revelation.

In fairness, nicotine is fairly subtle in what it does. Most times it`s barely perceivable.

Cigarettes only solve the problem they create.

Which is completely wrong. Cigarettes did not cause my panic disorder, which I remember back at age 4. Panic disorder is a major reason why I smoked. It is the reason why I continued restarting smoking after long periods of quitting ranging from 6 months to 2 years.

Barely perceivable is a good thing. Sometimes Xanax hits me so fast and hard it causes panic (which it takes away because that's what it does).

The book really requires one to suspend belief in facts. The reason it says stuff over and over is because it's hypnosis which requires a suggestive person to work.
All it did was piss me off making me want a smoke.

i found some juice that i liked, a consistent delivery system that works for me, and batteries that dont have me hugging a wall outlet. other than that i just remind myself that im choosing not to smoke. i saved my last cigarette in my last pack and get to look at it every day in my car ashtray and decide its gonna stay there, that vaping is thousands of times better for me and my family around me, and much cheaper...it takes some will power as smoking was a 20+ yr habit for me. ive only been vaping for like 3 months, but eventually that will replace my habit, and in the end, im quitting for some damn good reasons. on the flip side.....i cant think of any good reasons to continue smoking
