REVIEW: 8 e-liquids FROM
NICOTICKET - Part 2
Custards Last Stand

Custard's Last Stand
Vendor's Description -
Vital Stats:
Nicotine Strength – 12mg
Born On – 1/22/2014
Tested On-
Russian 91% by Kebo
HCigar Kayfun 3.1 Rebuildable Atomizer
Throat Hit Kick :
EHPro Trident RDA / EHPro Sentinel - Using this setup gives the kick falls somewhere between low and medium-ish and is more from the set-up than from CLS.
Russian 91% by Kebo/ Provari V2 - From 8 Watts up to 15 Watts, there is no kick to speak of.
The same goes for other devices. The bottom line is that CLS is supposed to be the smooth and creamy, and the polar opposite of having a kick. And, it is.
Vapor Production :
Huge on all devices. From the basic Protank-2 / Ego setup, all the way up to the Trident RBA, CLS produces huge clouds on each device. Especially with the Trident dual-coil setup – where the size of a cloud is limited only limited by the size of your lungs.
Taste :
(Disclaimer: These comments may meander a good bit. Theyre the result of several vaping sessions on various setups over a 2 week period. I could clean it up, but won't for 2 reasons:
Custard's Last Stand(CLS) is almost a brainteaser, because on exhale, it's hard to believe this is a vapor. Custard's Last Stand tastes so full and so pure, you may very well catch yourself thinking you just sampled a spoonful of actual vanilla custard.
When evaluating the behavior, consistency, strength, and presence of CLS' two core flavorings – Custard and Vanilla – it's noted that they behave differently from each other. How so? The vanilla is up-front, while the custard aspect sort of hangs in the background, providing a smooth foundation for the sweetness of vanilla.
As for the vanilla itself, it is deceptive, creamy-sweet, and . . . nuanced. It arrives first, standing out in varying amounts of sweetness and the tiniest changes in character that defy description. Depending on the device and power setting, vanilla's character changes even more. In CLS, it seems to shift and morph ever-so-slightly into different permutations, shades, hues and levels of sweetness. These are not drastic changes by any means but are just enough to keep CLS from getting boring. I believe this is the main reason CLS is considered a great ADV. Add in the fact that the vape is closed out by smooth, pure and full custard, and you've got much more going on that straight-up vanilla and custard. The vanilla ebbs and flows in tiny but noticeable way that are difficult to pin down and articulate, and custard brings up the rear with that full-bodied, smooth, pure, creamy bliss. At lower power settings, CLS is full-bodied; the aftertaste is light, cool, sweet and - most of all - Smoooooooth!I recommend using a VV/VW setup, as changes in power tease out subtle differences and aspects of vanilla. This E-Liquid performs well on all devices; No two setups tasted identical, and with VV/VW devices, each power settings yielded even more possibilities.
However, there is one thing about the vanilla that's bugging me: I keep getting and traces of cinnamon - It seems like the smallest little hint, but its shown up for the last 3 tanks I've tasted. Could there be cinnamon in CLS? My taste buds keep telling me there is a tiny bit.
Using a VV/VW device, you can crank this one as high as you'd like without detecting much of a burnt flavor. I did detect a slight burnt flavor at up around 15.5 Watts, but as with any review, this is subjective, depends on your setup and YMMV.
Closing out the vape is the Custard part of CLS. The characteristics of the custard part of CLS seem quite static and unchanged throughout different Voltage or Wattage power settings. The only change at higher power settings is simply a hotter vape. But, make no mistake: The custard-y part of CLS is smooth (and I mean SMOOOOOOOOOOOTH!) consistent throughout, and most of all, very full and very pure.
For a flavor so simple and straightforward, a lot can be said about it, but if I absolutely had to narrow CLS down to two words, they would be:
Pure and Full.

NICOTICKET - Part 2
Custards Last Stand
By Tesseract

Custard's Last Stand
Vendor's Description -
“Everyone we hand it to - loves it. The next question is usually "Where can I get it?" No flowery description required: it's thick; it's creamy; it's decadent; it's vanilla custard. Some believe it's better than Grant's Vanilla Custard (GVC) - no, I'm not kidding. CLS is less "egg'ish" and more "vanilla'ish." It's as close to an all day vape as we have ever experienced - truth be told, it's hard to put it down. WARNING: This product has been scientifically proven to be highly addictive and cause reorders.”

Excerpts from Interview with Clark – Owner, Proprietor, and Mixologist of Nicoticket.com
Tesseract: Looking back, are there any decisions or approaches that you can attribute to Nicoticket's success?
Clark: The single best decision we have made was to pare our line and remove all the "average liquids." We realized that the market was confusion enough for new vapers and that having a line-up that was rock- solid, front to back, was more desirable than trying to be a "one stop shop" or a jack of all trades
Tesseract: So, can you then describe your philosophy, or mission with Nicoticket?
Clark: In our daily efforts, I try to "stay present." That means being attentive to every interaction and present with every customer - regardless of how insignificant it might appear. I don't just talk to people, I talk with people. I listen. We don't have customers, you we have a group of people, a family, who support each-other. Any success I have achieved thus-far, or will achieve in the future, comes as a result of the collective efforts of our most loyal customers. Everything begins and ends with them. Someday, I hope to be able to pay them back for their generosity to Katyand I.
