An Oldude but aNewbie to ECF

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for letting me join you!
I'm 85 yrs. real old and after having smoked 2 packs of analogs daily for 53 yrs, I was diagnosed with cancer of the vocal cords and luckily, after only 6 weeks radiation it's been in remission or cured for over 13yrs.now. I started vaping in early 2009 and haven't looked back!!!
I used 36mg strength and 3.1watt attys for several yrs. As vaping hardware progressed, so did I, and I'm still enjoying vaping very much. Age has taken away most all of my enjoyable vices of younger days "gone but not forgotten".

to ECF Lou85. So glad that you are here. Age is just a number. Remission for over 13 years. That is awesome. Congrats on the vaping also. Only 9 years for me but I have never looked back either.

So...you started vaping in 2009? Wow, I hadn't even heard of it by then, but I sure wish I had. Kicking your 53 year 2 PAD habit was quite the achievement. We're glad you're here and are part of the ECF now.

Welcome to ECF, Lou. Good for you on puttin' the big C at bay. I vape ~25 mg/ml nic at usually close to or slightly above 2 ohms.. Unfortunately in 2009 I was still smoking, that changed in late 2014 though..
