An open apology about the board clog yesterday

I will not mention what company i am with so this is NOT promoting my company. However the other day I started a program to help those that do reviews to get to try other flavors and somehow it got mistaken for a way to slam the boards with reviews. I VERY much did not want to do that and honestly just didn't think this one out before I released the idea.

I value this forum just as much as I do all ecig forums and that is VERY much and so I am writing this in apology of the apperant attack on the boards to those that populate the boards. I had hoped for maybe one or two reviews a week being posted to youtube or ECF or any of the many forums out there, I didnt think it would be taken as vigorously as it was.

And as for AngusATAT's comment how he likes to piss people off, your demigod like attitude doesn't piss us sellers off as much as it stops us from seeking paid advertising that would allow this board to have the funds to pay its forum managers. you commenting on the board openly like that made it look like I had intentionally caused that clog which is why I am responding in an open manor, I no doubt will be banned for this or this thread deleted despite breaking no rules.

And as there is no longer a canadian supplier section i had no other place to put this, which is why I dont mention my company at all. Again sorry to those users that I annoyed accidentally.

Canada Suppliers its still here, just hiding The mods got it cleaned up pretty quick so I don't think it was too much of an inconvenience for anyone so no worries here!!

1. Nobody took it as an "attack on the boards". We took it as some folks posting reviews in the wrong section of the forums.
2. My comment was a joke. Try and take it in the spirit it was meant. If I wanted to be mean, I had plenty of opportunities to do so.

All in all, no harm was done, and nobody got in trouble for anything. Greg is a great Canadian Forum moderator, and because he is here, ECF staff rarely has to poke our heads in here, which most people would agree is a good thing.

Well I thank you for stating that you didn't feel we purposely spammed the board publicly, it just can feel very one sided when people comment about your business and due to restrictions of the board (which I agree with btw, i am just saying) and your hands are tied to respond fully, it gets VERY frustrating at times.

If I thought you had done it intentionally, I would have probably sent you a "strongly worded PM".

Like I said, no harm done. I think it was handled pretty well, and now people will know how to deal with such things in the future.

I never intended to raise a stink with my OP.
I only wanted the reviews to be put where they should be, as it was making my favorite part of the forum hard to navigate.
The resolution of a single thread was a good solution.
I was not out to get you or your company in any trouble... I love and use your products daily.
My apologies to all involved...

It's definitly understandable for a supplier to be frustrated and having to sit on their hands when posts are worded for or against any supplier. The responses in this thread from Angus with replies back shows the maturity that ECF forum has and that maturity is stabalizing for vapers and suppliers both. Something I learned better reading this thread.
