    Wayne,

    I recently placed my first order with you. This was only after contacting you via e-mail, to ask you questions about if you'd have 510 parts in the future. You responded quickly, and before I knew it, said 510 parts were listed on your site. I asked an additional question or two, which you also responded to promptly, even after my order had been placed.

    I did notice your shipping/customs message on your site, yet my order arrived 9 days from ordering (on a weekend) to delivery in the US.

    I understand that actual delivery may happen so I cannot place any blame on your company.

    HOWEVER

    When the order arrived, it arrived within a loving coccoon of bullbe-wrapped goodness, and all ~$350 of contents arrived without any problems whatsoever, even down to Ohming out 16 different atomizers.

    Having read your warrantee before ordering, as a responsible consumer, and understanding that I would be responsible for the cost of the return shipment, plus again as a responsible consumer, who has also read other posts and determined that right now, e-cig quality assurance is not 100%, but the offer of roughly 40% off prices elsewhere made this a 'risk' I wholly decided for myself to take on, instead of whining publicly about it later, after already reading said guarantee policy, as well as reports of hundreds of very happy customer, I decided that I would simply purchase from you, again and again.

    I am sufficiently happy with the situation to state the following:
    - I will continue to order from you again.
    - In the event I wind up with a problem with an order from you or any other vendor in the future, I will contact you directly, rather than trying to smear your name before trying to resolve. I will also recognize your guarantee policy is stated very easily found on your web site, and it was my choice to order from you.
    - I promise I won't ask you to rewrite your guarantee in the event I eventually get a bad item, 'just for me.'

    I have been e-smoking, blah blah, and have spent thousands of dollars. Considering the above, you will continue to get a portion of that.

    I wish you all the best in your business.
