I know this has been discussed before but it got really involved and complicated and I'm seeking a simple answer. How do analogue and electronic cigarettes match up as far as nicotine. For example. I'm used to smoking about two or three cigarettes a day with a nicotine content of about 1.50 mg. If I get a 6 mg cartridge, that should equal about four cigarettes. If it takes me three days to finish a cartridge, have I smoked more or less than I'm used to smoking? In other words, does each puff on an ecig give me more, less or the same amount of nicotine as a regular cigarette?
