..vaping madman is created. Greetings all, i've been vaping for about 5 weeks now, oddly that's about the same duration since i found these forums. The same forums that lead me to my first pv purchase ( Joye 510 from Cignot) and my first juice (boba's Bounty) I've dropped from 2 PAD to just a few. That first thing in the morning smoke is hard to kick!

Anyway. I just wanted to thank everyone for the vast amount of info and help that are to be found here.

I kept smoking for about 5 weeks while adjusting to vaping.

I had to go with higher nic strength for that AM & after dinner time periods. Helped make cigs even less appealing.

Getting the perfect flavor was a big help too.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes for nicotine to take effect. Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, which compete with oxygen in getting into your bloodstream. The "nicotine rush" you get with your first cigarette of the day is actually just oxygen deprivation. Don't worry about it. I still smoke in the morning. So what? You're doing great!
