For your entertainment purposes (and so that no other dumbasses try this)

here's me, eating Ghost Pepper Sauce (Naga Jolokia extract), Guiness World Record for hottest hot pepper in the world

Tobasco Sauce = 2,500 Scovile Units
Naga Jolokia = ~1,500,000 Scoville Units
This sauce = possibly more than the raw pepper, definately not less than half strength!

enjoy!

Jay, thanks for the review. Could you please let us know how it vapes. LOL. Seriously though that stuff looked hot to say the least. I lived in India for a few years in the 60s and I kinda got used to hot curries, pickles and sauces etc. Seems like you had the right idea with the yoghurt and milk etc. I went to the Mandarin restaurant the other week and ate a whole chili by mistake which was in the one of the veg. dishes, and that sure was a killer. I would hate to have seen some poor child get one of those things in his mouth. Anyway thanks for the laugh.

Dumbass is right LOL. 1/2 drop of ghost chili extract is more than enough for a big pot of chili, and you swallowed a teaspoon?? Glad you are alright Jay. It was a good giggle but folks do not even attempt this. Folks have actually killed themselves in the process. I am happy you did not become a statistic. Betcha you won't be trying this again any time soon :)

Wow guys... does this ever vape like a champ...

Throat Hit =This juice gives a whole new meaning to Throat hit... it just keeps goin and goin... straight to the hospital!!

flavour = hard to tell... i'll let you know when i get my tastebuds back... might be more noticable at 5v but i couldn't recall any distinct flavour at 3.7v

cloud = well... they say that where there's smoke there's fire.... after the flamethrower was extracted from my throat, the clouds were so thick i couldn't see anything for hours... but that might have also been because my eyes were full of tears!!

ingredients = its definitely hard on atties with hardcore sugars and oils, but i think that a good Alcohol cleaning should clean them up... then again, the bottle said that its a good industrial cleaner... mebbe i should use the juice to clean it!!

ROFLMAO.. I'm with your friend. Sorry to be laughing at someone in pain, but damn near squirted coffee out of my nose when you started jumping around.

Nice review though!

EDIT: Ok, what I said above was halfway through the video. I just finished watching it all the way to the end. Dude, you looked like in serious pain. Glad you are ok, and that the hospital visit was not more serious.

I've done the Armageddon sauce at All Star Wings but, smartly gave it a taste before going all out and STOPPED!. I've grown up with Hot Peppers all my life (think Indian and Sri Lankan food) but knew that it would not be smart to continue with that sauce.

Do not try this at home, folks!

actually switched, 1/2 a drop of ghost chili extract might be great for you for a whole pot of chili, i'll still put a dash of it in my bowl... but you are right about the danger... i have a gut of steel... and even my guts couldnt handle a whole teaspoon straight!! A dash in a bowl of chili would be awesome, but i'm the guy who can drink a whole bottle of tobasco sauce without thinking about it.... with no gut pains or anything...

frankly, this was the very first time that i've ever had a hot sauce cause me gut pains... and while i never want to hurt like that again... it won't be the last time i try a hot sauce straight.... nor will it be the last time it gets videotaped... but i think that in the future i'll stick to smaller doses after a full meal and a few charcoal pills.... what killed me was an empty stomach and a full spoonful of liquid lava...

oh...and ill remember to have a jug of heavy cream and milk on hand as well...

all things considered... expensive as hell (going to cost me a fortune for the ambulance ride) but funny as all get out!! would i do it to that extreme again... no... will i do hot sauce video's again... hells yeah!!

I too have grown up with hot peppers all my life, my mothers best friend when i lived in Egypt was Sri Lankan... and their foods are absolutely insane... their 3 year old, Zander, could handle the foods, while my mother, sister and I were dousing with calming sour cream and cucumbers....

20+ years later and i've finally found a sauce that has hit my upper limits of endurance!! having said that... if i had stopped with that first drop on the spoon, we would still have had the funny as hell pain without dealing with the severe gut pains!!

Well one year I couldn't find any jalapeno peppers to grow. I like them because they are easy to grow and I can use them in a lot of dishes. (The other half doesn't like things too hot and spicy. I forgive him and love him anyways) I did find four little pepper plants. Scotch bonnets. So I took it home and tended it. It grew the ugliest peppers I ever saw.

I knew they were going to be hot when they burned my hands picking them. Lets just say that year my sinus were very clear but I think it took a week for my tongue to heal.

Gotta try growing them again. ;)

Scotch Bonnets go into the making of Caribbean Jerk Sauce which then goes onto Jerk Pork or Chicken. There's a old lady in the Pickering Flea Market that makes the most awesome Jerk marinade and Jerk Pork.

All this chili talk is making me crave some heat. I think I'll head over to the Pickering Flea Market for some of Dianah's Jerk Pork in Coco Bread.

Anybody wanna join me? Jay?!

I believe we are talking 2 different things here Jay. Ghost Chili extract is an oil of a burgundy brown colour, and nope ya don't want to add a splash. I like hot and spicy, but I also like to be able to taste what I am eating. Yup jerk anything is one of my favourites as well.
