I wanted to follow my original complaint. Vape NW has the same customer service complaints throughout. These are listed on the companies own facebook page. Out of 257 reviews 57 were the worst rating you could give and they all dealt with not being able to return a defective product. You get the run around. IE send us a video of the problem, multiple emails, and my last exchange was them asking me to contact them through their facebook page. I finally had enough. I will file complaint with BBB in WA.
Supply ordering is great and ships out, but think twice about buying mods, or tanks as if its defective you may eat the loss
