I placed an order on April 29, 2014 with Angelcigs for a kayfun 3.1 ES Clone. I received an email with a tracking number, but the tracking says that the item still has not shipped. This item was supposed to ship from their Los Angeles warehouse. Has anyone else ever had this problem with them? Should I start a paypal dispute? I am just getting really nervous about the whole transaction. The only response I've had in email them said that the item shipped, and provided the same tracking number.
