Hi everyone,

I placed an order on April 29, 2014 with Angelcigs for a kayfun 3.1 ES Clone. I received an email with a tracking number, but the tracking says that the item still has not shipped. This item was supposed to ship from their Los Angeles warehouse. Has anyone else ever had this problem with them? Should I start a paypal dispute? I am just getting really nervous about the whole transaction. The only response I've had in email them said that the item shipped, and provided the same tracking number.

Because of the Labor Day, express companies in China will have three days off. All packages (including Kayfun mini and black Panzer) shipped to USA and Germany will be delayed 2-4 business days. We are really sorry about it, April 30 at 3:06am

So I'd give them more time.
 
Well good news, I got my shipment... but bad news is... took some time...

April 22nd - Order placed Suppose to be US but got email saying from China, "Is that ok" replied but nothing, eventually got tracking number from China Mail. I waited figured it would come eventually though I paid the 30 for the DHL shipping.

May 1st - I emailed them asking what was going on, I paid extra but now my order showed to be sitting in a lake in CA...

May 4th - (time zone differences ) I got email saying shipping guy really messed up and that DHL is picking up order now.

May 5th - Confirmation DHL picked up

May 6th - Tracking number in hand

May 8th - 1:30pm - Order in hand from DHL - 3 days from China... wow!

So, email them let them know somethings wrong and Doris should be able to sort it out!! It was nerve racking, but at the end of the day, I have a Kayfun and a Squape clone!! worth the shipping costs, had it not had the inital delay!

Have to say, for a china distributor... the email response was GREAT, though always a day behind do to time zones.

I actually ordered a Turtleship V2 from them last Wednesday from their USA warehouse. I got a tracking number from them on Sunday and was having the same issues. I emailed them yesterday wondering what was up. Later in the day, USPS said my mod was shipped and should be here Saturday. They emailed me back saying sometimes USPS takes a day or so to update. Still faster than Fast Tech for me personally.
 
I had a chance to go over my order last night after the slight weight... and wow am I impressed, I got the 3.1 es and is slick! Full review to come - but I have to say, though there was a mess-up in shipping, the customer service and support is top shelf!

Doris was the person I emailed back and forth, professional and quick! I will buy from them again in a heartbeat!!!


Time to go shopping!

So after all is said and done, there were some pretty majors slips, but Angelcigs seems to have recovered nicely. A 3.1 was sent out to me pretty quickly, which I received today. I was not asked to return the lite. While the distribution seems to be a bit behind the curve, the customer service does seem to be excellent.

I just ordered a King II from them yesterday. When I ordered it I got the shipping with the tracking number. They say the tracking number will be emailed to me as soon as the item ships. I have not gotten it yet, so I guess it didn't go out today. :( Hopefully it goes out tomorrow. I'm only in the SF Bay Area, so hopefully it won't take but a day or two to get here.

Which King II did you order? Brass or SS? There is a note on the main page that says the SS version won't hit the warehouse till 5/30.

I have ordered several items from Angelcigs, never had to wait long as long as the item was in stock. max if in stock was 4 days total. if out of stock it was a bit longer while they restocked. Customer service has been great and prices are comparable if not better than Fasttech. the US based warehouse makes it all the better... no more 2 weeks while it crosses the ocean. I will recommend them to anyone and will continue to buy from them.
